My girlfriend smelled this on me and immediately asked what I was wearing. I originally assumed Juno would lean feminine from the description but I don't think it does. The woods and cardamom balance the sweeter notes.
Juno has serious presence. One spray was noticeable for hours on me. I probably wouldn't wear four sprays of this in a small office, but for dinner or going out it's beautiful.
This is delicious without literally smelling like food. The hazelnut is probably my favourite part. After an hour the amber and sandalwood make it warmer and less sweet.
Imagine toasted hazelnuts, dark chocolate, cardamom and flowers rather than a typical vanilla gourmand. That's basically what Juno gives me. Warm, comforting and quite opulent.
The transition is what impressed me. It starts almost edible with chocolate and hazelnut, then becomes floral, and finally turns into this warm amber and sandalwood scent. You get your money's worth in terms of development.
If you like gourmand perfumes, you need to smell this. Hazelnut, coconut, chocolate and caramelised sugar are all there, but then these beautiful florals appear underneath. Much more sophisticated than I expected.
Lovely fragrance but probably one for cooler weather. On a very warm day it became a little too sweet for me. In the evening, though, it was perfect.
I thought this would be overwhelmingly sweet when I read the notes. Surprisingly the cardamom and patchouli give it enough contrast. Still definitely a gourmand, just not a simple one.
This smells luxurious to me. Not necessarily because it's loud, but because everything feels dense and smooth. The rose and jasmine in the middle are particularly beautiful.
Juno is rich from the first spray. I immediately get hazelnut and chocolate but there's enough cardamom to stop it becoming too sugary. The sandalwood dry down is gorgeous.
